The Challenge
Event organizers were juggling spreadsheets, manual ticket lists, and disconnected payment tools. On-site check-in was slow, attendee data lived in silos, and there was no single platform to run events from promotion through payout.
Our Approach
Chakary was built as a full event management system: a Laravel web platform for organizers to create events, manage ticket tiers, and track sales, paired with a React Native app for QR check-in and real-time attendance. Stripe handles ticket purchases, refunds, and organizer payouts.

Results
Chakary powered 120+ events in its first season, processing thousands of ticket sales with a 99.2% successful check-in rate. Organizers cut on-site registration time by more than half and replaced three separate tools with one integrated platform.
