The Challenge
Finding reliable service providers — plumbers, electricians, cleaners, tutors, and more — still relied on word of mouth, scattered WhatsApp groups, and phone calls. Customers had no easy way to compare providers, check availability, or book with confidence.
Our Approach
Jee Aya (“welcome” in Urdu) was built as a two-sided marketplace: customers discover and contact providers in seconds, while professionals get a digital storefront with bookings, reviews, and payouts. We built the app with React Native and powered live chat, booking status, and notifications through Firebase and the Firebase Realtime Database.

Results
Jee Aya launched with 350+ verified providers across five service categories in the pilot city. Customers completed over 2,000 bookings in the first three months, with an average provider response time under 15 minutes and a 4.6★ overall satisfaction rating.
