The Challenge
Commercial nurseries in the UAE were running inventory, production, sales, and team coordination on spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Managers lacked real-time visibility across locations, field staff had no mobile access on the greenhouse floor, and onboarding new nurseries meant weeks of manual data entry.
Our Approach
Phytolytic was built from real nursery operations — not theory — and has been in active use at a commercial nursery in the Plant Market, Warsan, Dubai since October 2025. We paired a Laravel API with a React web command centre for admins and a Flutter mobile app for iOS and Android field teams, with role-based dashboards, real-time sync, and guided first-time inventory setup.
